Router Lift Systems for 4.2" Diameter Motors

This router lift features a 4.2" diameter carriage and is compatible with popular 4.2" router models such as Triton/TFBR001,Woodpeckers/1015420, Porter Cable 7518,Bora/PM-6200,Mlcs/9564. 

The insert plate size is 11-3/4" X 9-1/4". Crafted from CNC machined 4.2" solid aluminum. 

It incorporates 10 set screws. Additionally, the inclusion of 3 locking cam wheels .

With a height adjustability range of 3 inches, this router lift allows to effortlessly change router bits without the need to remove the router from the carriage.

The pitch of the lead screw is 16 threads per inch. So a full turn will lift or lower the router by 1/16". There are 32 scales on the Dial, so you get 1/512" of height change when rotating the lead screw by 1 scale.

The sizes of the insert rings include 3/8", 1", 1-1/4" (compatible with guide bushings), 1-7/8", and 2-5/8".
