This router table insert plate makes it much easier to invert the router in a router table. The router table plate is made from phenolic. The brushed surface is sleek and abrasion resistant.
2 patterns of mounting holes fits the mainstream routers around the world. Each mounting holes are recessed to simplify router installation. The 3-3/4" center hole allows to change bits without detaching the router from the plate.Screw the plate in the router table opening thru countersunk holes in the corners to secure the router insert in place. Lifting ready, there are holes for height adjustment and locking screws.
10 set screw holes to precisely level the plate reduce the load of each contact point and for optimal stability. There are 5 concentric cover inserts with different inner diameters, to ensure maximum surface support to different sizes of router bits. The starting guide pin could be firmly threaded on the tabletop to stabilize a curved stock.
